Very pleased with the service I received, however I've marked done by one star due as the lady who booked my appointment advised the service and MOT would take 2hrs. It took 4hrs. If I'd have known this, I'd have requested a courtesy car when booking

Once the mistake was realised, things were handled very professionally by Justin and the senior mechanic. I understand that it had not been booked in correctly the week before and checked in correctly on the day by other members of staff.
