Brought the car in at the time it was expectecd and I gave my details to a lovely man who promised to ring as soon as it was ready. As soon as he rang I pucked the car up job done.

1. Oil : they asked if I needed it. I said yes please but the oil was out of stock 2. I asked to wash the car. They forgot about it. 3. I asked to help me with the clock. They forgot about it. 4. Finally after I reminded them again they did it
