Very good experience with the ordering and delivery of my new mini at the centre all went very smoothly. We were taken care of very well with Zain our sale representative. VERY GOOD.

I found all staff were really welcoming, professional and friendly at each visit. In particular Zain, who has looked after me from start to finish, what a lovely guy, we built a lovely rapport, he's a credit to your organisation!

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. I liked how transparent they were with the choice of available vehicles meeting my criteria. Made it an enjoyable experience without feeling rushed and to ensure I was getting a good deal. Dealt with Zain, thanks.

Maddie was amazing. I had never driven an automatic car before and was nervous about the test drive so she took me to a quiet area with no traffic and showed me the ropes so I could practise.

Got 2 new tyres during service, there is a problem with one of them and it won't hold air so I'm forced to drive on a flat tyre. I'm trying to contact Teesside Mini but can't get through and no-one has rung me back. Not happy!

The process was very easy. Everything was explained. Friendly service. Connor was great. Overall very good experience.

Did what they said they would. Extra work required and ran into another day. I had to go away. They returned my car and retrieved courtesy car. Organised by Connor at Teesside.

The service reception process was very good. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not so good. my car was taken off-site, which i was not advised would occur and, the time taken to change oil, oil filter and pollen filter was ridiculous.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, taken to the correct place, spoken to in a lovely friendly manner and got a comfy seat and cuppa while waiting. The whole thing was easy and quick. Connor was particularly helpful and kind.
