My son has an ultra-rare condition called Mucopolysaccharidosis, he has type 1 hurler-Scheie. It was time to update his Motability car and so the two of us visited several dealerships. Sam at Mini was the only person who said, "hello" ...MORE SPACE

I couldn't fault it, the car was actually ready earlier than we expected, but Vertu Teesside kindly held it for us for a few days whilst we were on holiday. The handover was super smooth and we we shown everything we could possibly need with the car!

The assumption I would rather have a car now than wait for months for the car I really wanted, wasn't true. The overpricing issue influenced this situation further. I also feel I should have been warned that reversing is controlled with the brake!

Very impersonal. Keys in drop off box. Pay over the phone. Pick keys up - "do you know where your car is?" Find car with radio blasting and ignition still switched on. Goodness knows for how long it was there like that with doors unlocked!?

My tyre pressures were not right and I kept getting a warning message until I managed to get to a local garage to have them checked.

I had a wait appointment and waited two and a half hours. Not sure why this is the case when the video of the assessment took only a few minutes. Appointments should be related to when the car is going to be seen. Also part required was not available

Booking in, dropping off went well but frustrated that on my call/online booking I said the tyres needed checking and we brought the car at 9 but not worked on till 3:30 and at 4 told needed tyres, none in could they have car overnight and at work!

I dropped my car at 8.30 for a simple MOT - promised completion between 3.00 and 3.30. From 3.30 onwards I was given a string of empty promises that it would only be a few minutes. I drove away after 4.45.
