Expensive - particularly for replacing windscreen wipers. Complimentary carwash, offered on arrival, wasn't forthcoming.

When I bought my car, I was shown how to change the interior lighting so it changed colour constantly, this stopped working and was booked in but when I collected my car, I was told that my car never had this function.

Whilst I have absolutely no issue with the way the service reception staff arranged and dealt with my service appointment my car has been returned with the same gearbox error message being regularly displayed.
