No pressure and Sam and Kate listened to what car I would like and the cost. Car was handed over as planned. Petrol in the car also - nothing worse than paying thousands of pounds and having an empty tank when collecting the car!

Had to call back a week after initial service as brake fluid level hadn't been topped up. That was a bit disappointing.

Great service, admin is poor, pointed out my name was spelt wrong but they didn't change it, wrong car detailed on service sheet, correct registration but wrong model shown.

Average service I had to call at 3 to find out what was happening i dropped car off at 8am. Was told it was just getting serviced?

Teesside mini were helpful & said to bring the car down straight away. if I could.. the solution was to re programme the car. I am not 100% reassured but will wait & see. not something that should of happened & cost £100 to through Mini Warranty.

Very happy, everyone was lovely and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. If I had a queries I could easily email or ring up and any questions I had would be answered straight away.
