Saw the car in the showroom. Signed for it, ready to pick up a few days later when a dent was to be removed. A few days later mini cancelled the purchase. Start again. Price increase? Shocking would have cancelled there and then. Present for the wife

Great service from start to finish. Received really helpful information on our first visit, with no sales pressure at all. Was kept informed of the progress of the car, very clear throughout including the handover day. Can't fault that service.

Very pleased with the service I received, however I've marked done by one star due as the lady who booked my appointment advised the service and MOT would take 2hrs. It took 4hrs. If I'd have known this, I'd have requested a courtesy car when booking
