All of the team were friendly and courteous. I didn't feel under any pressure to buy a mini and it didn't feel like I was being ripped off. I mainly dealt with Zain and he was very helpful (even sorted out my phone problem for me!)

The windscreen washers were fixed which was the reason for the service. However on the way to drop the car off the low tyre pressure warning alarm came on. When I collected the car the was still on so I had to wait while this was rectified.

The automated emails which are sent out during the service are not user friendly- mine made no sense in the context of the situation and served only to cause anxiety. I would much prefer to speak to a someone.

My car was washed whilst with you being serviced. I can honestly say my car was dirtier when I collected it than when I dropped it off contacted Mini when I arrived home and they agreed to refund £9.50 washing cost I had to pay once home

`My husband went to collect my vehicle keys once the car was completed but on arrival was not greeted by anyone for 15 minutes and then had a further wait whilst paperwork was completed. A number of staff were around the building but did not assist.

Receptionist Amy was very good in explaining what would happen to my car. I even had a couple of cups of coffee made for me while waiting! Also the little video was from the engineer showing the wear left on the tyres and break pads was very useful.

Friendly staff whom I dealt with. Nothing was any trouble. Service carried out in a timely manner. Easy to use check in. Showroom tidy even though major work in progress. Only negative ,hard to park car as car parking was full and rather chaotic.

Very impersonal. Keys in drop off box. Pay over the phone. Pick keys up - "do you know where your car is?" Find car with radio blasting and ignition still switched on. Goodness knows for how long it was there like that with doors unlocked!?

I had a wait appointment and waited two and a half hours. Not sure why this is the case when the video of the assessment took only a few minutes. Appointments should be related to when the car is going to be seen. Also part required was not available
