I couldn't fault it, the car was actually ready earlier than we expected, but Vertu Teesside kindly held it for us for a few days whilst we were on holiday. The handover was super smooth and we we shown everything we could possibly need with the car!

Samantha was very informative she gave me time to choose model then went through it all with me. Becky did a good job with the finance both young ladies were helpfull and very pleasant nothing was to much trouble.

I've had issues with the sunroof and speaker noises since purchasing my car back in September 2025. Something I would not of expected from Mini Manufacturers of a car more than £30k

Terrible. I've only had the car 2 weeks and they've said I have tyres with low tread, ine perished and concerning break disks that need replacing and said I'd need to pay for all of above.

Booking in, dropping off went well but frustrated that on my call/online booking I said the tyres needed checking and we brought the car at 9 but not worked on till 3:30 and at 4 told needed tyres, none in could they have car overnight and at work!

I was disappointed that the tracking wasn't set to all green. Also since it was in the garage my car doesn't recognise me as the main driver and I have to set up on each journey.

I received an excellent service and support from the Mini team especially Becky, Maddie and Kate who were all so helpful and kind. Maddie was so kind when showing me how easy it is to drive an automatic car and they were all so helpful.
