I dropped my car at 8.30 for a simple MOT - promised completion between 3.00 and 3.30. From 3.30 onwards I was given a string of empty promises that it would only be a few minutes. I drove away after 4.45.

Got 2 new tyres during service, there is a problem with one of them and it won't hold air so I'm forced to drive on a flat tyre. I'm trying to contact Teesside Mini but can't get through and no-one has rung me back. Not happy!

The service reception process was very good. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not so good. my car was taken off-site, which i was not advised would occur and, the time taken to change oil, oil filter and pollen filter was ridiculous.

When I bought my car, I was shown how to change the interior lighting so it changed colour constantly, this stopped working and was booked in but when I collected my car, I was told that my car never had this function.
