I couldn't fault it, the car was actually ready earlier than we expected, but Vertu Teesside kindly held it for us for a few days whilst we were on holiday. The handover was super smooth and we we shown everything we could possibly need with the car!

The assumption I would rather have a car now than wait for months for the car I really wanted, wasn't true. The overpricing issue influenced this situation further. I also feel I should have been warned that reversing is controlled with the brake!

Receptionist Amy was very good in explaining what would happen to my car. I even had a couple of cups of coffee made for me while waiting! Also the little video was from the engineer showing the wear left on the tyres and break pads was very useful.

Friendly staff whom I dealt with. Nothing was any trouble. Service carried out in a timely manner. Easy to use check in. Showroom tidy even though major work in progress. Only negative ,hard to park car as car parking was full and rather chaotic.

Very impersonal. Keys in drop off box. Pay over the phone. Pick keys up - "do you know where your car is?" Find car with radio blasting and ignition still switched on. Goodness knows for how long it was there like that with doors unlocked!?

I had a wait appointment and waited two and a half hours. Not sure why this is the case when the video of the assessment took only a few minutes. Appointments should be related to when the car is going to be seen. Also part required was not available

Terrible. I've only had the car 2 weeks and they've said I have tyres with low tread, ine perished and concerning break disks that need replacing and said I'd need to pay for all of above.
